 All our cheeses are made using traditional methods that have existed for hundreds of years. With a range of over
40 cheeses in stock you will never be disappointed. Discover the superiority of a good artisan cheese over one
that has been mass produced and understand what makes these cheeses so special. You are welcome to taste any of
our cheeses before buying and we often hold tastings in the shop to help make your cheese board that little bit
special.
We will gladly help you with your choice and cut cheeses to any size you like.

Pâté
 We stock a large range of organic, non-organic and vegetarian Patchwork speciality pâtés. Small batches ensure
attention to flavour and texture. The fresh ingredients are all prepared by hand and each dish is individually
cooked to perfection.
To complement the Patchwork range we always have a variety of other pâtés, some coarse, some smooth.

Tracklements products are still made in the traditional way in small batches using fresh ingredients.

Jams and Preserves
Duchy Originals, The Bay Tree Food Company, Thursday Cottage jams and preserves make up the core of our range.
We also have a diabetic selection of jams and spreads and Tropical Forest Honey in deliciously different combinations
like Mexican Orange Blossom Honey, as well as locally produced honey from Northamptonshire Bees.
Oils, Vinegars and Dressings
 Oils, oils, oils …..Spanish, Italian, Lebanese, it can be a minefield. We stock good value everyday oils and then
there are the exceedingly high quality single estate Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Blended Extra Virgin Olive Oils,
infused oils, chilli, lemon and basil, truffle oils, sesame, avocado, walnut, almond. For vinegars we have a range
from the classic Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, aged and blended to a variety of blended and infused Vinegars including
Raspberry, Champagne, Sherry and many more.
A salad needs to be dressed and we can offer classic Vinaigrettes, American Dressings from Cardini’s including Ceasar
and Ranch and the ubiquitous Mary Berry range. We also have a complete range of organic dressings from Pollen Organics.
Pantry
Tahini, Bouillon, Stock, Goose Fat, Squid Ink, Rice, Pastry Cases, Merrangue nests, Maple syrup, Organic Spices,

Sourdough and Ciabatta hand baked and freshly delivered, Kingscliffe Bread on a Saturday, Croissants and French
sticks, Rye bread and Pumpernickel.
We have a wide range of gift biscuits including diabetic, gluten free and wheat free. Organic Duchy Originals
and Farmhouse Biscuits.
Mrs Crimbles cakes and macaroons, and a varying range of other cakes and tasty things.
